Brown ginger is ginger that has been peeled but not dried. Peeled and dried ginger, on the other hand, is known as white ginger. Jute bags are used to pack the ginger. At the buyer's request, we can also customise the packaging.

Fresh ginger that has been dried before being utilised is referred to as dried ginger. After soaking the fresh rhizomes in water overnight, the outer peel is gently peeled with a knife or a peeler. They have then cleaned again and sun-dried for about a week on mats or grills.

Ginger may be collected approximately 5 months after planting, however, they are immature at this point. The rhizomes will grow less delicate and the flavour will be too intense after 7 months. The best time to collect ripe rhizomes for drying is between 8 and 9 months of maturity when they have a strong scent and flavour. The fibre content will be too high if they are picked later.
